We do not exchange or refund tickets (except in the event of a cancellation)
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Latecomers will be admitted in a suitable break in the performance.
We cannot accept responsibility or liability for theft, loss or damage to personal possessions or for injury (even resulting in loss of life) at Film Festival performances, under any circumstances.
Attendance at Film Festival events is entirely at your own risk.
